Training
- Staffords are committed to ongoing training of its entire technical staff.
- Training comprises of “on the job” training, manufacturers training courses at their training centres or online.
- We also have a strategy of “train the trainers” where an engineer will have a responsibility to be trained on a particular aspect of equipment and then will have the responsibility to train his colleagues.
- We also send a number of our engineers on day release or college to do electronics, mechanical or supervisory courses.
