Facilities Management

To compliment the service operation, Staffords have developed a machine management facility. The purpose of this facility is to provide a comprehensive management operation and such has been the success of the facility that for two major clients we look after some 750,000 machines.

 

How does it work?

At the heart of the operation is field management service computer comprising software with dual service and management capabilities. The system, known as SICLOPS (Staffords Integrated Call Logging Operating System) provides up to date records in respect of machine movements installations and disposals, in addition to service history records and asset registers.

 

Day-To-Day Service Control

All service calls are logged on the system and given a unique call number enabling the status of the call and the time taken to complete the repair to be monitored.

 

Storage, Distribution and Installation

Liverpool head Office has the ability to store, distribute and install both new and old machines. Staffords will also refurbish equipment for re-location. In addition Staffords have an 11,000 sq ft warehouse with over 600 pallet locations dedicated to this part of the operation.

 

Training / Helpline

Our experience market support represntatives can provide on-site training, whilst a helpline facility is available for any post-training assistance.
