To deliver exceptional service and satisfy today's customer is paramount in Staffords approach to service just as it has been for over the 90 years the company has been in existence. The sysytem comprises a number of modules.
This module delivers a deep wide feature set to facilitate superior business management of our service orientated organisation. This covers our field based, desk based and repair centres. It offers proven processes to streamline call/job entry, SLA entitlement/validation, scheduling and dispatch, time and expense capture, materials recording and customer billing. It is suitable for all categories of service and when used in conjunction with the other modules it enables us to provide best of breed solution for our customers.
This module delivers a comprehensive and itegrated system to enable us to manage physical inventory for the best results. We can operate multi site, multi startegy approach including centralised warehouse, depot/branch based, customer site, etc. We can offer refined and proven processes to streamline requisitions, re order levels, purchasing and logistaical movements.
This allows us to offer services on a pre-packaged contractual basis. It allows us to streamline service agreement (i.e. service contract) administration, service level (SLA)entitlement/validation, costs, analysis, customer billing and renewal.
Contact Centre Module
It enables a single point of contactto be offered to our customers and allows that copntact person to view full customer histories, record communications (e.g. telephone calls, emails, letters, notes, appointments etc.) and quickly request follow up actions from other departments. In short, it delivers Customer Relationship Management (CRM) fully integrated into our processes for the benefit of our customers.
This supplements the other modules. It is customer friendly by offering detailed invoices that are generated for service orders/jobs, service agreements and sales orders.
Customer Web Self Service
This module allows customers to place service requests using the internet and an internet browser. In addition, our customers can check the status of existing service orders, update their company/contact details and view history of services provided to them.
