DAY TO DAY SERVICE CONTROL
All service calls are logged on the system and given a unique call number enabling the status of the call and the time taken to complete the repair to be monitored.
STORAGE, DISTRIBUTION AND INSTALLATION.
In addition to Liverpool head office each branch in our network has the ability to store, distribute and install both new and old machines. Staffords will also refurbish equipment for re-location.
TRAINING / HELPLINE.
Our experienced market support representatives can provide on-site training, whilst a helpline facility is available for any post-training assistance.
