- If the refurbishment work is carried out in conjunction with
the provision of warranty support, some of the returned stock incapable
of recycling to new can be used for warranty cover. This avoids the requirement
of having to set aside brand new product for this purpose.

potential disposal costs which will increase significantly with the advent
of the WEEE Directives.
