Managed Equipment Services
A development of Staffords support operations has been its growing Managed Equipment Services. A leading high street bank approached Staffords to rationalise a maze of service contracts incorporating widely differing service level agreements and products. They tasked Staffords to prepare tender documentation, vet the service providers post tender analysis.
As a result these activities Staffords were able to reduce the number of service contractors from 33 to just 5 and achieve a very significant saving for the client in terms of service and maintenance expenditure. A second high street bank is now in the process of adopting a similiar strategy using Staffords tried and tested formula.
