Achieving BSI accreditation in 1992 (now ISO 9001 and soon to be ISO 14001) has played a significant part in the transition and ongoing development of the company, from a broad based service dealer into the national service support company, which is Staffords today.

 

Every facet of Staffords service operations receive on going health checks in the form of monthly customer surveys, internal and external assessments and personnel training evaluation. Team briefings at all levels are held regularly to ensure that everyone in the Company has a full understanding of company strategy and exciting quality and performance targets.
